shipping & delivery

Shipping options may vary according to items individually shipped.

The cost to ship containers sent to international locations vary according to destination and size of the container. Payment for shipping costs must be received prior to items leaving the warehouse. Note:  customers are also responsible for any and all customs or warehousing taxes or fees upon arrival to port.

insurance

All packages shipped with UPS are insured according to the declared value of the package. Anyone wishing to ship packages with another carrier is responsible for insuring their product. CAN will investigate and include insurance in the shipping cost on products shipped via carriers other than UPS if solicited by the customer.

In regards to containers, the shipping terms are Freight On Board (FOB) Warehouse, meaning that CAN loads the equipment and supplies at the warehouse onto the container supplied by the designated carrier, and that CAN's title and risk end once the loaded, sealed container leaves warehouse premises. 

If any non-CAN/MedCAN items are placed in the shipment, the sponsoring organization (responsible for container content and shipping costs) accepts all liabilities pertaining to those items. CAN is not responsible for any losses during storage, staging, or shipping of such products. As managing company, CAN reserves all rights to open, inspect and reject items. 

CAN strongly recommends that customers obtain adequate cargo insurance, such as FPA (Free of Particular Average) Insurance to protect you against potential financial loss.

privacy & security

To enhance security, CAN does not collect or store credit card information on its servers, though CAN may retain customers' billing addresses to expedite orders in the future on all MedCAN transactions.

returns & replacements

All products received from CAN is delivered and accepted “AS IS” and without any warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, nor any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and CAN disclaims any and all such warranties and all other covenants and promises of any sort or kind whatsoever.

All products come with a 30 day exchange policy or credit. Under no circumstances is there a money back guarantee.

ordering

Online inventory reflects the available products that CAN receives from its donor sources. The quantities displayed on the online inventory may not reflect the actual quantities available. All sales are on a first come-first serve basis. Many products posted on CAN’s online store are also posted on DOTmed, and, therefore, CAN does not guarantee quantities of supplies available for shipment until orders are finalized. 

If you do not see something that you need, contact us with the name, description, and quantity of the item you need and we will investigate it and try to locate it for you.

Payment for items may be done through PayPal, credit card or by direct deposit into CAN’s bank account. .

viewing orders

Orders will be processed as soon as payment is submitted and will be viewable online.

Personal account information may be edited in the Dashboard upon logging in to your account.
