Medical missions to underprivileged children in developing countries is another facet of CAN, through which services are leveraged and dignity restored to the Fatherless and underprivileged children.

CAN will begin a medical mission outreach in 2012. I AM Missions®, International Association of Medical Missions, is a collective response to a call made by God to serve the most vulnerable and less fortunate through medical services.

I AM Missions® is a natural link between CAN and its orphanage members, who are able to leverage medical services for their children through the donations left to hospitals through I AM Missions®.

MedCAN

When you purchase from MedCAN, you help the Fatherless (orphaned) children in three main ways. Children receive:

1) free or discounted medical care
2) a voice of advocacy on legistative levels for Children's Rights
3) increased quality of care through financial and material donations.
